Does Fatigue, Dizziness And Dull Back Pain Need Medical Attention?

I am a 52 year old woman in good health other than I smoke, I have felt very tired today dizzy a couple of times and have like a burning sensation or dull pain in my mid back, my neck has been tense yet alot of stress going on should i go to the doctor

I really appreciate your concern, because of tense and stress condition such diffuse type of muscular pain is very common although this can be managed with analgesic and muscle relaxcent, but important is try to come out of stress, tense situation this would be much benefited than the medicines, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
