Does Fever With Headache, Cough And Sweating Require Urgent Medical Attention?

Hi, Im writing for my girlfriend. She is sick, suffering from? herr symptoms include headache, loss of appetite, sleepiness, productive coughing, sweating and possible fever. She has a thermometor, but doesnt know where it is, and I cant get her awake enough to look for it. (Im not there.) the fevery feeling has been going on since this time yesterday, and given the duration, Im concerned that what ever infection her body is trying to fight off, may not be working. how concerned should I be?

This is a cause of concern and u must visit a doctor and she must be put on a course of antibiotics and antipyretic drugs.. Pls visit her and take her to the dr soon..
