Fever, headache and tonsillitis are symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection.. They are definitely not signs of pregnancy.. Symptoms of pregnancy are missed periods, nausea, vomiting, increased frequency of passing urine, abdominal or back pain, mood swings and so on. They can be confirmed by pregnancy test or by an ultrasound examination
