Fibroadenomas are benign rubbery tumors of the breast that only require surgical treatment if they are large. If the surgery you already had to remove them did not involve cutting all the way around your areola, which is where your milk ducts connect to your nipple, you should be able to produce milk normally. Your fibroademoma may get painful as your breasts grow during pregnancy but there is nothing dangerous about this. I hope I have answered your question and good luck!
