Does Flu Vaccination Provide Complete Protection From Flu?

Anyway, it is safe and for sure you are protected from the flu if you get flu vaccine? I read there are about 200 something types of flu and the vaccine is just for a few, what do you think? I work for the school and never got vaccinated and I feel fine.
