Does Food Poisoning Cause Diarrhea And Vommitting?
hello....m having diarrhea and vomitings since last night dont know whether it is due to food poison or pregnancy...i and my boyfriend met up n he inserted his hands which were of semen in my vagina...please do advice..

dear yes food poisoning may cause vomiting, diarrhea,fever, headache etc.. other common causes are acute gastritis, gastroenteritis may also present like this. use tab.ondonsetron twice a day for five days,tab.oflox ornidazole twice a day for five days. drink plenty of liquids,if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
