Does Food Poisoning Cause Dizziness And Swelling In Stomach?

Hi, I recently came back from tenerife (tuesday) and I believe i got food poisoning from eating something on the monday night. I was throwing up from 6am on tuesday until 2pm and feeling very feint with swollen tummy. still now im not feeling right, managing to eat again and drinking lots but feeling dizzy. Could this still be related?
