Does Food Poisoning Causes Bad Chest And Back Pain?

After vomiting for 8-10 hours I now have pains in my back and chest. I have had food poisoning before, but not as bad chest and back pains as the last time. I suspect it's food poisoning again, but when will the pain go away or is there something else I should do?

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

The back and chest pain are common findins in patients who had have profuse vomiting.

You should continue with P.P.I (prylosec) and antivomiting preparations to relueve the pain.

If the things seems to get worse you should go to ER.

Wish you health
