actually i am ok but i have doubt i think i will get problem in my married life.

Hi Mr ,masturbation does not cause any problem if it is within limits and is not excessive.so don't worry about its adverse effects in future otherwise you will enter into conflicts.your frequency is within limits.keep proper diet and exercise.
