Does Frequent Urination Along With Headaches Require Immediate Medical Attention?

I have had a recurring fever for the last four days. The fever levels out during the day due to ibuprofen, but really spikes at night. At first I thought it was another UTI, but have no pain when emptying my bladder, but I do feel like I have to go all the time. My worst complaint is the awful headache, which eases up at times, but not often enough.My primary care physician is off on Wednesday’s...should I ride it out until Thursday, or go to a walk in clinic to?

Hi,

Frequent urination is also a symptom of UTI. Along with fever, the suspicion is high. Kindly get a Urine routine and culture done. You should also get other tests done to rule out other causes of fever. It includes CBC, Widal Test, NS1 antigen and Malaria card test (if you are from area where these are common) Headache could be because of fever.
So get these tests done and keep yourself hydrated. We generally start with antibiotic like Ceftriaxone twice per day till the test results come. So you should definitely see your doctor.
