Does Frequent Urination Mean Diabetes?

My 21 month old has iron defiency amemia and has been taking iron supplements on the advise of her pediatrician. She also gets frequent fevers with no other symptoms and regularily wakes up soaking wet from her diaper exploding from so much pee (over 12 hrs). I am wondering if it might be diabetes?
