Does Getting Bitten By Non Vaccinated Dog Need Another Shot?

Hi! I am Joan for Philippines. My dog, Spotty bit my cousin more than 2 weeks ago (around Dec 14-18, 2010). He was also bitten the same month 3 yrs ago and received anti-Tetanus and anti-Rabies shots. Our dog is not vaccinated but is still alive and healthy up until today. Will he still need anti-rabies shots?

HI

Thanks for posting your query .

If you dog has stayed healthy after 10 days of biting then no need for Anti- Rabies Vaccination but a repeat Anti Tetanus Vaccine is recommended .

Hope you find this information useful .

Any clarifications feel free to ask .
