Does Having HCV Lead To False Positive Test?

Hi. I have been diagnosed with Hep c, and have to take a drug screen for a position I am applying for. I am currently taking Ferosimide, Sotolol and Lisinopril for a preexisting heart condition, but I have heard having HVC will cause me to test false positive. Any truth to that?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that if the person is having HCV then any test carried out may not show false positive result because of this, the false positive result could be there without this, if you are asking for some particular test then that ought to be mentioned here, have a nice day.
