Does Having Warfarin Cause Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Itchy Rashes On Body?

I have been taking Warfarin for a pulonmary embolism since Jan. 2011. I have had many thing happen since I began taking them. I don't know if they are a cause from the warfarin or my body trying to get back to normal after having my baby in Jan. 95% of my day I feel light headed and dizzy, even when sitting I have noticed 2 mouth blisters, and I have not eaten anything abnormally hot. My leg gives out on me and I fall often finally, I have this terrible itchy rash on my back
