Does Having Difficulty In Stooling, Tight Anus A Symptom Of Gonorrhea?

Hi Doc My name is Elle, I had a test for vaginosis, and d result showed that I had gonorrhea, but I also have difficulty in stooling, my anus feels very tight, so stool wouldn t come out, Is this also a symptom Of gonorrhea? I will get a shot of ceftriaxone and azithromycin tabs today.
