Does Having Low Sodium Diet Cause Increased Sweating With Normal Activity?
Hi, I am currently taking in a minimum of salt in my diet. I don;t add it to anything and there is little in the food I am eating. I have also noticed that I seem to be sweating more than normal with physical activity. Is this a byproduct of a low sodium diet? Thanks
Good Morning Sir, If you were my client, I would order a blood sodium level. Excessive sweating is not a good sign for you and it sounds as if there needs to be some adjustments made in your treatment. Other symptoms of low sodium include headaches, fatigue, confusion, seizures, cramps. Your diet could be a factor in your symptoms, yes, in response to your query. Good luck, sir.
