Does Headache And Light Headedness After An Injury Need Medical Attention?

I bangged my head to a very solid steel column, first y was dizzy for abaout a minute, and didn't know If I was going to faint. I put ice for about 3 hours, and took a pain pill. The fisical pain was al gone after two days, and I was feeling very good. The third day came, and I suddenly started to get dizzy, with headaches and with a sense of beeing a bit lost in my head. I have aldo been really sleepy and tired. The bump is gone, and I don't feel any external pain, but I my head husts by the sides, and behind my eyes. Should I go the the hospital???? thanxs YYYY@YYYY

I can understand your concern. If you are experiencing recurrence of dizziness, headache after 3 days of head injury, you should consult neurosurgeon. Do not ignore it. You may be advised CT scan of head after thorough evaluation.
