Does Hepatitis A Vaccination Cause Fever In A Child?

My 9 year old granddaughter received her 2nd hepatitis a shot last Monday. Friday she came home from school with a 102 fever and whenever her Tylenol wears off the fever goes back to 102 still. No other complaints. Could this be related to the Hep A shot

Unfortunately, hepatitis A vaccine can cause fever but no need to worry as this will go away in a couple of days, please continue on Tylenol alternating with paracetamol every 4-6 hours.
