Does Herpex Simplex Medication Causes Thick Line In Armpit?

my 19 yo daughter was diagnosed with herpes simplex on her left out elbow. She was given antiviral meds and started them 24 hours ago. We just noticed she now has a raised thick line running on the medial aspect of her arm towards her armpit. It is sore and warm to the touch. Is this normal?

If this is Herpes then this tends to spread in the same plane and the line that you have looked it must be the same symptom, this is nothing to worry if she is on treatment then this would come around hope this information helps you have nice day.
