Does Hiatus Hernia Cause Lack Of Sex Drive?

My husband has no sex more than 5 years. He dont want to speake about it. He has a hiatus hernia, can it be the reason for not having sex? Please help us to save the relationship, because we have a sweet 5 years old doughter. My husband is 37 years old.

Loss of desire sex can not be due to Hiatus Hernia.

The loss of libido at the age of 37 years may be due to stress at work or psychological conflicts in family relationship and needs to be investigated thoroughly .

Please both of you should consult qualified Psychiatrist and Urologist for counselling and evaluation to trace out the cause of loss of libido

Following test are mandatory to establish diagnosis .
Blood tests for
1) Testosterone levels ,
2) Blood sugar
3) Thyroid hormone assessment
4) Serum Prolactin
5) Color Doppler scan of penis

Further treatment will depnd upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
