Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your brother is on medication for diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol abnormality, asthma and anxiety.
It is important to assess whether these conditions are controlled. Diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol decrease the lumen of the blood vessels and can decrease the flow of blood to certain parts of the brain and cause vertigo. I do not see any medication for vertigo.
If you can upload his current blood results, I shall be happy to comment on them.
Take care,
