Does Infant Suppository Cause Runny Stool?

Hello,
My 4 week old hadnt pooped in about 3 days, so I called the doc. office and they told me to give her an infant suppository. That worked, and worked well, within seconds actually. However, ever since then her poop has been really runny... is this normal?

suppository
* Don`t panic, maintain the hydration level with adequate feeding , keep a
check on vital parameters as skin turgor , urine output , activeness & if

* Maintain hygiene of the anal part properly .
