Does Inguinal Area Pain Require A Hip X-ray Before Treatment ?

i m a physiotherapist,my patient has pain in inguinal area,while sitting cross leg only,no back pain history,should i go for hip x-ray first before starting my treatment? patient is female with 43 years.

for opinion as after doing finger examination it would be clear is she suffering with
uti ,get urine cuture and ensitivity done and other blood before proceeding,take care
