Does Intake Of Instaflex Cause Vertigo Like Symptoms?

Yesterday, I suddenly experienced a feeling something like motion sickness while I was standing in my kitchen -- Wobbly head; couldn t walk a straight line; stomach queasy and with a clutching feeling in my gut; hot flash with sweating. The feeling passed after about 20 minutes and re-occurred later in the day with much the same symptoms but lasted a longer time. I was OK when sitting still, but when I stood up, got the vertigo-like feelings again. My BP was sort of high, 163/92 on my home monitor, down to 139/87 this morning. I have Never experienced this before. The only new thing I could identify was Instaflex, supplement for joint pain, which I had been taking for about 4 days prior. I did not take any more instaflex and today I am fine. I take no other medicines. Is it possible the Instaflex caused these vertigo-like problems?

well.. the quality control of supplements is basically non-existant because it is classified as a food. Since its supposed components of glucosamine and various seasons (ginger) are not different than waht is found in food, unless you have a shellfish allergy it is unlikely to cause vertigo. However, it might literally have anything in it.
On the other hand, vertigo from ear infection, aging, and dozens of other conditions is incredibly common and a coincedence is probably MOSt liekly.
