I was taking victoza for my diabetis it was working good but I started itching so Istarted elimanting med one at a time to see if it would stop. then if it didn t stop i went back on the med. I finally got down to my victoza and done without for a few days I quit itching. So to make sure I went back on it for a couple days by the night of the second day I was itching again so I quit it again & it quit again. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction to Victoza.

I suggest to avoid using this medication.

I also suggest using Cetirizine 10 mg for a week to prevent the itching .

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
