Does Intake Of Kava-kava Cause Increased Anxiety And Black Stool?
Hi. Good timing. It was suggested that I take Kava Kava for anxiety. I took two yesterday - and WRONG - made it worse. This morning my stools are almost black. Now, part of this is eating a lot of spinach and dark veggies yesterday. Is the Kava contributing?

Black stool is caused by the consumer of spinach. Kava kava is a muscle relaxa, encourage sleep, and can relieve social and general anxiety in users. But, if you had a controversial effect you should not use it.
