What Causes Swollen Eyelids/ankles, Black Stool And Headache?

Hello. I have been very stressed and hardly slept any for a couple of days last week. Following that this happened: I was sweating badly, heart palpitations and nausea ( felt like I ran a marathon while just laying still), extreme weakness ( couldn t get up even without symptoms getting much worse). I felt like that for 20 hrs or so. Later I had a ...and black stool. Now I still have palpitations and a slight pressure headache ( I almost never get headaches). My eyelids and ancles are a bit swallen as well. What on earth happened /is happening to me? I can t go to a Dr. I am thankful for your opinion as my anxiety is making me worse. Thank you so much.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of sweating, palpitations, nausea, severe weakness and swelling over eyelids and ankles and passage of black stools with headache.
This is all indicative of an emergency.
Black stool means you pass bleeding in the intestinal tract and the other symptoms are secondary to the bleeding like edema, palpitations and headache.
You should immediately go to the Hospital or ER, have tests of blood, CBC, PCV, blood group as cross matching if the bleeding is more.
Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy must be done and if the bleeding source is found, it should be controlled.
