Does Kayam Churna Delay Periods?
I am a 24 yr old married woman. I did not have problem with my periods. After taking kayam churan my periods were delayed. I stopped its consumption. Recently i ate kayam churan from past 3 days only due to constipation. My periods are now due around 1st april. I am scared if my periods will be delayed this time or will they be on time.
