Does Lactate Tablet Improve Lactation? Suggest Alternate Diet For Breast Milk

my baby boy is now 4.5 months, but my breastfeeding become less,my period were started last month, I am using lactate table, is it good for me, it has any side effects, can i use this. what should i do now, can i give him outside feeding, or extra food? I am waiting your reply.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
medicines do not improve lactation.
If you free yourself from worry that you are unable to breast feed your child,
repeated feeding,confidence that you can feed your baby like any other woman
Will improve lactation.
Any way after 6 months you have to wean the baby from breast and start milk cereal mixtures and other foods.
