Does Lactose Intolerance Cause Abdominal Pain?

I have abdominal pain I have had it for a long time...my pcp does not know what to do...I am not constipated. I have had endometrosis, & many surgerys including removal of my ovaries&uterus, removal of my appendex, and gall bladder.... Could I be lactose intolerate?
