What Causes Nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,dizziness,abdominal Pain And Gas?
For the past week or so, I have had the following symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness upon standing, abdominal pain, gas, and odd gurgling noises in my stomach. These symptoms appear to be worse after I eat. Do I have lactose intolerance?

Your symptoms can to be related to lactulose intolerance.
I recommend doing the lactulose intolerance test.
Meanwhile, I recommend using daily probiotics.
I suggest you to take over the counter option such as Imodium for the diarrhea and simethicone medication for the bloating.
I suggest you to avoid lactulose in your diet.
