What Is The Remedy For The Lactose And Milk Intolerance And Has Gastroenteritis?

Hi there I have lactose intolerance and sugar intolerance and if I have too much dairy I get gastroenteritis (not been confirmed buy a doctor but same symptoms) I also get it every time I have a cold or flu and I cant take any pain killer whatsoever as this also causes the symptoms.I really don t know what to do I am always unwell and my doctors does not seem to have any solutions.Can you please help?

hello thanx for using hcm,
sir you look lactose intolerant that means you cannot digest any dairy products which contain milk protein casein , immediately after consumption you suffer from bloating, gases, cramping pain, diarrhea or constipation.
Best thing you can do is to avoid all dairy products and consume more of lactose free products.
List you should avoid is normal mlk, skimmed milk, milk powder, curds, buttermilk, cheese and products containing milk.
Instead of that you can use lactose free milk, soya milk, rice milk. Soon you will find difference.Tak care.
