Does Laparoscopy Delay Periods?

hi . .i had undergone a laparoscopy on the 18th of dec 2010 and was asked by the doc to take a course of 3 injection of luperdex first one been on 18th dec,18jan nd 18th feb . .after my lap on the 18th i gt my first period on 1st of march ,the secound on 2nd of feb . .and nw i havent got the period yet . .are they chances of me getting preg . .and do periods get delayed after a lap???
