I have a client that was diagnosed with laryngomalacia at 10 days old. She is now 2 and a half and has some feeding difficulties and has a severe speech delay. She seems to have difficulty initiating vocal chord vibration. Is this related to the laryngomalacia?
pls check out chances of any viral infections in larynx that can aggregate this condition. these children may also have obstructive sleep apnoea. speech delay need evaluation of larynx along with central causes
