Hello

No ultrasound therapy is not expected to cause ill effects to fetus.
Ultrasound waves are not know to cause teratogenic effects to fetus and it is considered as safe for embryo/fetus.
However, nature follow all or none rule in early pregnancy.
Nature usually doesn't allow malformed embryo/fetus to grow and it may lead to miscarriage.

There are blood tests and ultrasound to detect fetal malformation in early weeks.
So,you shouldn't worry and plan for pregnancy.

Get well soon.
Take Care
