Does Light Bleeding After Using Searle 1461 Tablets Indicate Abortion?

Hi I have taken the searle 1461 tablets. 2 oral and incerted 2. It took about 3 hours before I bleed. I hardly had cramps. I had fever and my back hurt. The next day I hardly see blood in my pad. Do u think it worked? I was about 5 wks. Do u think I should c a doctor.

Ideally for abortion, 600 mifepristone plus 800 ug misoprostol should be taken under the observation of gynecologist after checking intrauterine pregnancy. Normally bleeding just more than period with blood clots and tissue will be pass after using abortion pill.
As you taken only misoprostol for abortion, extra dose may be needed. 800 ug after 8 hour can be given by gynecologist to induce abortion.
So light bleeding may be due to inadequate dose, improper application and ectopic pregnancy. Some time abortion may be delayed for 72 hour. But for safer side consult the gynecologist and take extra dose of searle 1461 under advice of gynecologist. Post pill use USG scan should be done to confirm incomplete abortion.
