Does Little White Bump On Bartholin Cyst Requires Immediate Attention?

I have a Bartholin cyst right before my vaginal hole and it's about the size of a grape. There is no pain. I am going to be getting it drained Monday. However I just noticed a white little bump on it. Should I be worried? Do I need to get it drained sooner? Please help.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely infected bartholin cyst.Abscess may form in that.In such case excision is required.Initially antibiotics like clindamycin can be tried.If recurrent bartholin cyst is there then marsupialization is advised.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
