Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have siledenitis( infection in salivary gland), or sub mandibular lymphnode enlargement. Chances of cancer at age of 15 is very rare. SO don't worry much about that. You should take a course of antibiotics. If it does not respond to treatment then ultrasound study and biopsy is advisable. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
