Does Lutera Pill Cause Severe Menstrual Bleed Irregularity?

Hi.i am on lutera pill since last month.this month I saw my period it started off light spotting and dark blood. My period finish last week and now I am having spotting again. Before lutera my period was never like this. Is it something I need to worry about?

Lutera is known to cause menstrual abnormality, it is normal to have these kind of changes. However please mention this is to your treating doctor as well in your next visit
