Does Lyrica Cause Side Effects Like Dry Mouth,eyes,nose,panic Attack,sweating?
hi my name is Betty. i have started on lyrica for my Fibromyalgia. i am being weaned off Tramadol too. i am getting swelling in my hands and lower legs and feet, i always have dry mouth ,eyes,and nose, the dry mouth is becoming a real problem since starting lyrica. i get the very hot and sweat you s on and off anytime despite the temperature,i have panic attacks and stress very easily. is the lyrica causing any of these symptoms? thank you

From the available description it appears that you are not able to tolerate lyrica.
Anticholinergic side effects like dry mouth, dry eyes and dry eyes is a known and troublesome side effect.
To counter this it is better to sip few drops of water repeatedly. Problem with sweating like getting very hot is also due to anticholinergic properties of lyrica. It is quite possible that your side effects are due to lyrica.
To confirm you need to reduce dose. If you feel relieved this is definitely due to lyrica.
