Does Manteaux Test Give Accurate Results?

Hi..I have done a Mantoux test yesterday to get a vaccination evidence of BCG for job purpose. I was asked for BCG vaccination evidence. But i do not have the evidence. But I have definitely taken BCG when I was young. Therefore I had to undergo Mantoux test. If the result is negative does

that mean I have not taken BCG?
