Does Margin Power Pills For Weight Loss Cause Any Side Effects?

Hi I am Basma from Egypt, 32 years old, my height is 72 and my weight is 90. I am willing to lose 20 kilos. I got magrim power pills. I am really worried to take them. As a dietician here told me its not safe and may affect my brain s chemicals or kidney. Can I take it for 1 month? Any side effects? Thanks for your time

I will say it is always good to try safe natural methods of losing weight and only resort to pills when they fail.Weight losing pills should always be taken with medical prescription.I prefer you try natural and home measures rather than take pills especially the ones that have little information on effects like margin power.
You need to know that you gain weight when you eat more than you work, that is, energy from food you eat is more than energy used for your daily activities.The excess energy will be stored as protein in muscles and fats in adipose tissues.The following measures may help you:
-Choose a low-carbohydrate diet
-Eat real food and avoid junk foods
-Regular fitness exercises
-Eat only when hungry
-Avoid much fruit and beer
-Avoid artificial sweeteners
-Review any medications
-Stress less, sleep more
-Eat less of dairy products and nuts
-Supplement vitamins and minerals
-Use intermittent fasting
You will have ti know it will be a gradual process.You need time, patience and sacrifice.
