Hello,

Concerta contains 'methylphenidate,' which is a central nervous system stimulant. No interactions are known to exist between Concerta and marijuana. However, marijuana is a 'downer' and Concerta is an 'upper' in action. So the side effects in my opinion can be crucial or not crucial depends on the person having underlying condition and how the 2 different drugs have an effect on them. It would be better to avoid intake of marijuana while taking Concerta.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
