Does Marine Peptide Collagen Cause Excessive Flatulence And Anal Itching?
For the past three months I have had excess flatulence without pain. I am also having anal itching. I’ve never suffered from either. I eat a plant based diet, but have never had gas before. The only thing different was marine peptide collagen taken daily. I stopped it yesterday in case it could be the culprit.

Marine peptide collagen does not cause flatulence or gastritis.
You can take antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.If symptoms persist, better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
