hello sir , i'm 20yr old my penis foreskin is tight when i pull back it pains , so wat i should do i cant go to hospitals ,.. so pls tel me wat to do... everyday i musterbate by rubbin ma penis to bed . then daily i wil musterbate for 2/3 times is it harm to my future sex life .

Masturbation is harmless having no side effects. But your technique is wrong. Use your hands. Initially it would be difficult to retract the skin so use lubricant.
