HI doctor please give me your resonable advise , I was masturbating alot now my penis size differs from earlier so my testes become little small and my penis too and I produce little sperm but if i don't masturbate for 3 weeks then again my sperm starts to be more so please give your advice , and do this will be harmful to fertility ,,,iam waiting for your answer dear doctors....

Masturbation does not affect the penis size or sperm quality.Frequent episodes of masturbation may reduce the quantity of the sperm,but Masturbation is in no way harmful to your fertility .
