i masturbate daily(jst 1 time a day)i am 14 yrs old....i am doing this 1 year back...but now i am feeling very weak.........wt to do...i am not able to concentrate in anything....is this causing any internal problem or not...i should masturbate or not?...please help

hi dear,
masturbation does not cause trouble in concentration and also not cause weakness. masturbation is normal phenomena and 99% of male do it. this is a myth that following it weakness and any other problem may occur. so not to worry about and enjoy masturbation.
masturbation can be performed daily or as you want depending on your sex drive.
