Hi Doctor, Sevral yrs ago, while i was masturbating i hade a burning sensation in my penis, now since then i always had burning sensation while passing urine and also since then iam not able to pass my urine under full pressure. Please advice, i think i have some STD?

Most likely you are suffering from a Urinary tract infection. Visit a doctor to get your urine checked and get appropriate treatment based on it's report.
