I Do Masturbation twice in day before my love affair, and i am started to do when i am in 11 th
i think due to this i am not able to sex more then 2 mints with my girl friend.
what i do ?
it much get effected on my body.
and my hair color is got change to white.
and my eyes Spekkies no is increasing
is this effect of heavy Masturbation

Nothing to worry, masturbation has no any bad effect in your body.
Having quick ejaculation might be due to over sexual excitement.
Take high protein nourishing diet.
go for regular exercise daily.
Avoid sedentary life and remain busy all the time.
Avoid over masturbation.
