Does Masturbation Cause Weakness In Nerves?

Hi, maybe a couple months back my second finger on my left hand started getting really dry and kept peeling & cracking and not long after my eponychium started peeling off till there was only a tiny bit remaining attached to my nail but after some time it grew back a little. But in the recent weeks my fingernail got even more dry & now my eponychium is completely detached from my nail. The skin surrounding my nail is also red & looks very much swollen. Im wondering if my eponychium will ever grow back? As the part where the eponychium used to be is receding quite a bit as well.
